Building Self-Esteem


Self-esteem is the foundation of your life. If you do not like parts of your life, you have the power to rebuild that foundation. Begin with your beliefs about yourself. Update all that are false or that fail to support your growth and highest good. Remember, you alone have the power to change your inner world. As you gradually accept the truth of these new beliefs, your feelings about yourself will improve. This in turn will affect your actions, accomplishments and relationships and you will experience more love, joy, abundance and satisfaction in life.  
You are like an acorn, that at each stage of its growth cycle does its best to become a giant oak tree. The acorn can only grow to the degree that it is nurtured by sunlight, water and nutrients from the soil. But even if its early life is less than ideal, its growth will accelerate at any time proper nutrients become available. You, too, have done the best you can under the unique conditions that have shaped your life thus far. With additional nurturing, self-awareness and self-acceptance — just watch yourself grow!

Top Seven Diet Tricks


  • Success means attention to details. Even in diet. You pay for nothing a lot of expensive cellulite treatments if you fall in the front of a copious meal once every 3 days ... 
    There are few tricks:
     
    1. Drink plenty of water or other drinks without calories


    Before you rush into the bag of chips, drink a large glass of water. Often we confuse thirst with hunger, so it's possible to empty a whole bag of snacks when in fact everything you needed was a glass of cold water.
    If you do not like normal water, try some mineral water or herbal tea.

    2. Enjoy your favorite foods


    Rather than drastically cut your favorite foods from your diet, try to shop smart. Take one loaf instead of the bread that weight about one kilogram. Buy one bar of chocolate instead of candy boxes etc.
    It will be difficult to suddenly give up favorite foods, the key is moderation!

    3. Eat several small meals


    To lose weight means eating fewer calories than you burn. But if you have a constant hunger, eating less is very difficult. Specialists recommend frequent small meals to feel full permanently.
    The best thing would be to divide your meals into smaller portions and eat more substantial things in the morning.

    4. Protein at every meal


    Proteins are the most nourishing. I will help you to maintain the feeling of being "full" more than can do carbohydrates and fats. The same protein helps muscle and burning of fats.
    Foods like yogurt, meat, cheese, nuts or beans should not miss form any meal.

    5. Spice!

    Among the things that should have them on hand, include: frozen vegetables, whole-grain pasta, cheese, tomato juice, canned beans, pre-cooked chicken, lettuce and other vegetables.

    7. Buy little portions at the restaurant


    Are you hard to stop when you have in front of you a full plate of foods? Order smaller portions. It's a very common issue among women, so do not get embarrassed when the waiter starts to search  "the little one '".
